CASCO USA, a leading distributor of air compressors, water chillers, blowers, and pumps, is looking for an INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE with proven past success in selling industrial equipment. This position will oversee our Northwestern PA territory.

In this position, you will oversee an existing line of accounts as well as establish new business relationships. Applicants are expected to manage and to grow sales in their assigned territory with persistence. Industry & product specific training will be provided; however, a general background in industrial sales cycle is recommended. With a wide variety of product offerings and unique industrial settings, this experience will be great for candidates who love to learn and apply their strategic selling skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sell air compressors, chillers, vacuums and blowers as well as services to potential and current customers in defined sales territory.
  • Develop and maintain successful customer relationships (new & existing)
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns.
  • Provide strategic recommendations, pricing, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Regularly schedule & participate in sales calls and presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of our products’ value propositions
  • Work closely with engineering & technical staff to design specific solutions to meet customer system requirements; prior technical experience is useful.
  • Prepare orderly reports of business transactions
  • Establish and maintain superior level of customer satisfaction

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage entire territory with multiple accounts
  • Strong drive to succeed and bring solutions to customers
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work with an established, web-based CRM program
  • Engineering or technical background is a plus.
